The tram station at the corner opposite was mind-blowingly convenient, making exploring the city a breeze! The beach being just one block away was jaw-droppingly awesome, and Surfers Paradise central street being only a 5-minute walk away was super convenient. The tallest building of Gold Coast upfront and the friendly and helpful lady at the reception made our stay absolutely fantastic. The room with a good-sized balcony was a great touch, and the lounge area where we could meet other backpackers was a big plus. The bed was comfy, the location was great, and the free wi-fi was a bonus. The fact that alcohol was not allowed in the rooms created a peaceful atmosphere, ensuring a good night's sleep. our stay was absolutely brilliant!

The staff at the hostel were friendly and helpful, giving us great surfing tips. the location couldn't have been better, just steps away from the beach. the hostel also offered free WiFi and free underground parking, which was a bonus.
There were a few drawbacks during our stay. the shower head in our room was a bit broken, and the bikes we rented were old and uncomfortable to ride.

I recently stayed at Gold Coast and had a fantastic time! The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and SkyPoint. It was also very convenient for shopping at the nearby mall. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked, making it easy to cook meals. The rooms, although lacking air conditioning, had a big veranda that provided a comfortable breeze. Each room had a spacious bathroom with hot water. it was a great value for the money.
Would recommend this hotel.

The Gold Coast Hostel in Surfers Paradise exceeded my expectations. The room was impeccably clean and had its own bathroom and balcony. The breakfast provided was decent and there was even a laundry room available. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the location was ideal, near the Surfers Paradise station and convenience stores.
There was nothing I didn't like.

I had such a great stay at a hostel in the heart of Surfers Paradise. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to the bustling Cavill Ave. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, and the kitchen was always clean and well-equipped. But the best part was the friendly and helpful staff. They made me feel right at home, providing local tips and recommendations. I had an amazing time at Gold Coast Hostel and would definitely recommend it.

The value for money at this place is unmatched! Such a great deal for a comfortable room with a lovely bed and our own bathroom. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and the tram station. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, especially Stella the manager who was always there to help and have a nice chat.
Breakfast delights could be improved with more fresh bread options.

the hostel has a great central location, just a short walk from the beach, tram station, and popular areas like Cavill Avenue. The staff was friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily. The hostel also had a spacious breakout area and a nice balcony where guests could relax. Additionally, the facilities were well-maintained and the beds, pillows, and showers were comfortable.
One negative aspect of the hostel is the small size of the rooms, which made it difficult for guests to move around without tripping over each other.
